Entry Incentive from APHA
If you pre-entered for the Summer World Show by the May 1 deadline, APHA
has great news! Not only are you going to be part of an outstanding show and be
in contention for World Championship titles and over $300,000 in awards, but you
also have an opportunity to SAVE ADDITIONAL MONEY.
Horses that have been pre-entered for the show may add classes up until 5 p.m.
the day prior to the class being held for 1 ½ times the pre-entry fee.
(Excluding Challenge and Sweepstakes classes). This is a savings of 25% off of
the normal late-entry fee of 2 times the pre-entry fee.
New post entries (for horses that have not pre-entered the show by the May 1
deadline), and any post entries for the Challenge and Sweepstakes classes may
enter up until 5 p.m. the day prior to the class being held for the post entry fee outlined in the Premium Book.
If this is your first trip to the World Championship Paint Horse Show, you may have several questions about how to enter your classes. Here's a quick overview.
Where can I get the forms?
All the forms you'll need to enter classes can be found in the Premium Book and
downloaded. Premium Books are automatically mailed to the previous years’
exhibitors, are available upon request through the APHA Office, and are
available online. There is a class
entry form, used for all classes except the Team Penning Sweepstakes, Ranch
Sorting Sweepstakes, Team Roping Sweepstakes, and the Open All-Breed Jackpot
classes, which have separate forms.
Photocopies of the forms are acceptable. All horses must have a stall at World
Show—accomplished by completing a stall form. The stall form is separate from
the class entry form.

How do I fill out the forms?
Read the Premium Book carefully before you start filling out the forms so that you are aware of all the rules, fees and where to look up class codes. To get started, you'll need to list the horse's registered name and registration number. Then list the
codes and names of the classes you wish to enter.
A separate entry form is needed for each horse competing. However, you can list
on one form all the classes you plan to enter with a horse.
