Continuing A Good Thing
Along with big payouts in the show ring and a full schedule of competitive events, APHA will continue the Challenge Series that debuted in 2000. The Series is slated to include 4-Year-Old Cutting Challenge, 5 and 6-Year-Old Cutting Challenge, 4 and 5-Year-Old Reining Challenge, and 4 and 5-Year-Old Working Cow Horse Challenge. Exhibitors will compete for cash prizes in these events.

The Team Penning Sweepstakes will also be back by popular demand this year. In addition, the 2008 World Show will feature the Freestyle Reining Sweepstakes, Bridleless Western Pleasure Sweepstakes and Gambler’s Choice Trail. New for 2008 is the Team Roping Sweepstakes.
